“A Year Ago Today, Michael Jackson”



A year ago today, I was at The EIA Awards performing When Michael Jackson died. I was living my dreams while He was trying to escape His. I watched His videos, heard stories from Friends, Family and reporters about how Michael Jackson was addicted to pain Killers. I can relate to this. Michael never took pain pills or drugs until He got hurt. I think He was also trying to deal with the pain in His life as well. I know how it was when I got hurt and was put on pain pills and other drugs to help with pain. I had a lot of physical pain in my hart and body from accidents, divorces and trying to take care of my children on my own sometimes. This world can be hard at times and the people can be brutal with judgments.



He was a great inspiration to me with my music growing up. I wish I could have been His Friend I would have shared with Him my testimony how God helped me with this same problem. Gods grace helps us to forgive and be forgiven. How to stand even when we feel like were standing alone, remember He is always there with us. He showed me scriptures in Genesis chapter one and two. His trees and Herbs are for our meat. Jesus also showed me that we have to forgive ourselves when we make mistakes and forgive others of there’s, If we don't it will also cause us pain in our body and stress.



I can’t help Michael now but I can try to reach those of you whom are reading this blog right now. You can over come your pain and manage it without prescription drugs. God will help you just call out to Him, seek His word for the answers and do your own research about what ever the doctors have diagnosed you with. There is herbs out there that will clean your body, help with pain and muscles along with the right exercise you can take your life back.



In 2000, I had thyroid surgery was diagnosed with Fybromialgia, Osteoporosis and Osteo Arthritis. Then I had a car wreck in 2003 and hurt L-5 and S-1, lower back. I also had a lot of anxiety from the car wreck and bad experiences I went through in my life. I prayed, I didn’t want to live like that anymore. The Holy Spirit showed me to research everything; knowledge gives you wisdom to do what is right for your body. I still have pain but with God I can keep it under control without pain pills. I take Herbs, exercise and pray. I am way better then I was and I have my life back. You can too just trust in Jesus. I pray that God lead you and guide you in all His ways and deliver you from your pain.



Please don’t abuse pain pills…..they will destroy your life and those around you that Love You. Remember that God Loves you just as you are, He will save you just call on Him.
